Common Questions

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Not at all, we work on a rolling month - month contract. If you prefer to sign up for a year or longer, we can offer some discount however.

How do I contact support?

To make it easier to keep track of all requests, and keep us accountable, we encourage all non urgent requests to be entered into our ticketing portal - this can be done by logging into your Support area or simply sending us an email to your dedicated support address.

Of course, if something is urgent, we recommend you pick up the phone and call us for immediate assistance!

How long does it take to get a support request answered?

When first raise your support request we will within 15 minutes have it assigned to an engineer so that it can be prioritized. We work on a 3 Level Priority system, Low, Medium and High.

As you can expect, High priority tickets will get worked on immediately, Medium priority gets worked on within 90 minutes while Low priority gets worked on within 180 minutes.

Because each request is unique, we don't commit ourselves to providing a guaranteed 'Time to Resolution', however we do our best to ensure they are completed as quickly as possible.
